Because I spent today wondering about Moroccan mint tea and wondering why the terrible things you get in packets in the supermarket labelled "Moroccan mint tea" don't taste anything like mint tea in the Middle East, which as I encountered it was very sweet <I>black</I> tea (like English Breakfast or something, with sprigs of fresh mint dumped into it.
